Submit your event to Visit Lincoln
To submit your event to Visit Lincoln, please complete the form below with as much information as possible. Your event submission will be verified and added to the website,
subject to approval. The Visit Lincoln team reserves the right to refuse any unsuitable events.
Please ensure the start date of your event is in no less than 10 days’ time from the date of submission. Events submitted with less than 10 days’ notice may not be uploaded.
Event listings are uploaded free of charge.
When submitting an event, please note:
- Events will not be accepted without a good quality image
- Images must be landscape and no larger than 2MB
- Images must not feature text, marketing posters will not be accepted
- Descriptions must be written in 3rd person. Do not use “I”, “we”, “us” or “our”
- Events submitted in capital letters will be declined
- Events must occur in Lincolnshire
- Adding the name of the venue into the title of the event will help maximise impact
- To improve search engine rankings, please include as much detail as possible about your event, this can include information on the venue
